Terms of Service

1. Definitions

“Azan Middleman Services” — The official platform providing middleman protection and escrow handling.
“Buyer” — the person purchasing an item.
“Seller” — the person offering goods or services.
“Middleman” — the neutral third party facilitating support and fund/item release.

2. Middleman Responsibilities

• Act impartially and never take sides without clear supporting evidence.
• Verify identity and trade details before performing any duties.
• Hold funds/items until both parties confirm completion or verification is achieved.
• Maintain logs and screenshots during disputes for accountability.

3. Buyer & Seller Obligations

• Provide accurate usernames, IDs, and transaction references.
• Communicate only through the verified ticket channel.
• Provide relevant proof (screenshots, tx IDs) promptly if requested.

4. Releases

The middleman holds all funds/items until both parties confirm successful delivery. If disputes arise, evidence will be reviewed before any release occurs. Funds are only released once trade terms are fully met.

5. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by the assigned middleman based on evidence provided. If evidence is inconclusive, additional verification or escalation to Discord staff may occur. All decisions are final, but rationale is provided for transparency.

6. Prohibited Behavior

• No impersonation, doxxing, or harassment of any kind.
• No fraudulent chargebacks or manipulation of payment evidence.
• No deletion or tampering of proof during disputes.
• Illegal or abusive actions may be reported to platform authorities.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Azan MM provides neutral facilitation only. We are not responsible for losses caused by external payment providers, user negligence, or third-party services. Our duty is to ensure fair trade handling and transparent communication.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Announcements will be made in our official Discord, and all updates become effective immediately upon posting.
