Seller Walkthrough
As a seller, your role is to securely deliver the agreed item or service once payment is verified through the middleman. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and legitimate transaction.
1. Confirm Buyer Details
Before beginning, confirm the buyer’s Discord ID and review the agreed-upon price, payment method, and trade terms. Avoid conducting trades outside the verified ticket channel.
2. Wait for Middleman Confirmation
The middleman will confirm once the buyer’s payment has been received and verified. Only then should you proceed to prepare or deliver your side of the trade.
3. Deliver the Item Safely
Provide the goods, item, or service exactly as agreed. Share screenshots or confirmation that the delivery was successful and matches the trade description.
4. Verify Payment Finality
If you receive direct payment, verify its completion on-chain (for crypto) or through the official payment provider. Never accept pending or “processing” transactions as confirmation.
5. Handle Disputes Professionally
In the event of a disagreement, provide complete evidence — such as transaction confirmations, delivery proof, and message history — so moderators or the middleman can review and resolve fairly.
Never release goods before payment is confirmed by the middleman. Wait for explicit confirmation that the buyer’s payment is secure before transferring anything.
